Bug with opening swag bags

OVERVIEW:
Cant open Swag Bags, player just kneels down

STEPS:
1.leave a friends game
2.rejoin
2.5.sleep/wait a while (not sure if nessesary)
3.try to open swag bag

RESULT:
The player plays the kneeling/searching animation but once that animation has finished

EXPECTED RESULT:
The searching ui opens and you can take out contents

and it says "nobody's swag bag"

bug inventory for players are not the host

when the host quit the game and the others have something in there inv there is a loot bag . but sometimes this loot bag is glitched and no body can open it.

Swag Bag Unusable after rejoin attempt failed

After leaving a private game and accepting a new invite a while later to reenter the game the host experienced a crash and I was unable to join.

After reloading that game the host was able to resume where they left off and I was able to join. My stats were saved but the desk was emptied out (intentional?) and a swag bag was present. Attempting to interact with the bag would produce an animation, but no interface window came up.

Both he and I tried using the bag with the same results.
