Items disappearing or changing to something else

This has happened pretty frequently when playing in mostly multiplayer. I've had many items just disappear out of thin air or turn into something else. I've had cutters turn into a plastic knife, guard uniforms into bananas and a bunch of quest items (which I cancel b/c I need the item) disappear if they are in my desk. This has happened on multiple occasions and I really hope you guys can fix this. I love this game too much for it to be ruined by bugs!

Glitch

So I was just playing the Escapists 2, had just made a plated jumpsuit.
Then all of a sudden, when I equipped the standard jumpsuit it turned into a family photo.
As well as I randomly obtained a sturdy pickaxe for no reason

My Paintbrush and my Batons keep turning into shoes, Power modules, and nails, Please halp me.

Also Multiplayer is bugged, big time.

Its actually kinda fun, if you get past all of the bugs.

My normal inmate outfit turned into a comb shiv

My inmate outfit was gone, and in its place was a comb shiv. The comb shiv was in the slot the outfit normaly goes in when being worn, and I stupidly made the decision to take the comb shiv out of the slot, and now I have no clothes.

Whilst the comb shiv was in the outfit slot, the game still thought I was wearing clothes, btw.

ok I got knocked out and now I have clothes again, but if this was a guard/medic outfit that'd been replaced with a comb shiv, I wouldn't've been verry happy, I'll tell u that fer nuthin.

Also can a dev respond asap atleast saying "hello there" just so I know its been seen by someone who can do something about it?

Disappearing Items

Often items will disappear from my inventory, such as Sturdy Shovels or Timber Braces.

Items in my inventory and my desk will often turn into random other items.

Items vanishing in Coop

i made a pickaxe, and hid it in my secret stash.
Minutes later the pickaxe was gone and i had some green legal stuff in my stash.

Items changing into other items

I was playing 2 players online in K.A.P.O.W and around day 7+ I had an issue where some of my items would change into other items. I have no way to reproduce this . This was not affecting my coop partner. I was the host.

Items were changing in my inventory, in my desk (both the storage and hidden spot), and even my equipped armour (Plated inmate outfit turned into a seed packet mislabeled as a crowbar)

You're not alone. Start of each day I would have new items in my inventory. Also when searching desks if I had a spare slot it would say no space for the new item. Cycle through the items and a shoe sole or medkit would pop up.
