What happened to the escapists

This was such a great game, could be improved in some places, but the devs just abandon it and abandon the games after it. The level editor is not even complete.

They didn't really abandon it, because they gave us good quality DLCs. Is just the level editor that was half made, probably because by the time they added it, the player base wasn't that big to put emphasis on it.

Honestly, i kinda wish it was a bit harder tho, because when you get used to combat you can pretty much beat 5 guards with a broom

Would be nice. I got my hopes up with the editor, but they half-baked it from day 1. Couldn't even make custom rooms.

They should add modding to add more stuff like new uniforms and blocks maybe, that could honestly keep the game alive. I think there are texture packs (like this one:

but there should be workshop modding

I dont have it, but some parts of the first game seem a bit more interesting.
