Do you want The Escapists 2 to be a moddable game?

Hi. I'm a fan of The Escapists 2, I don't have the Steam version, but got on Epic Game.

I want to ask you: Do you want The Escapists 2 to be a moddable game (creating custom maps, graphics, music without affecting the original game), I mean the Prison Editor exist, but it's very limited (Few floors, missing a lot of object and tiles, no multiplayer thinks). So I want to make The Escapists 2 a moddable game and I think is actually possible.

I use a program to look into games files and I managed to get the Tiles, Object textures and even Prison stage!

So if you want to help me making The Escapists 2 a moddable game, it would be fine.

Good luck, mods for The Escapists 2 would be great. The prison editor is really lacking so maybe you could add more of the assets to the editor.

it would be great if you were able to mod in the lighter floor tiles, the fact that i have to use that darker concrete texture really shouldn't bug me as much as it does

Since I'm now own TE2 in Steam, I think the best way to make the game moddable is to make a tool where you can edit staff (a program where you can make levels, etc)
The problem is I don't know how to make there's stuff, so I you know somebody good at those things, tell me.

HELL YEAH! i think mods would be GREAT! Im suprised team17 never made a modding engine for the excapists 2. like custom items/craftables custom characters, or maybe even cosmetics, and more assets to the prison editor.

If that mod became widespread, and everyone began to use it, and support for custom maps using the mod became available, mate - you would do so much for the community. You'd be a hero.
