Plastic knife as a component?

So I recently went into the cutlery tray in the cafeteria and it says that plastic knives are components? If this is the case then I'd like to know what recipes need it, as the wiki doesn't bring anything up.

Look through the lists, they show what component goes with what recipe, the only ones you'll need to learn are the ones that are blanked out.

sometimes certain priosns have... certain items and recipies exclusively for the map, i think most of them are for escape routes
