I don't really play this game anymore, but I think I can recommend my custom prisons.
1. The Farm (Probably the best when it comes to how it looks),
2. Black Dolphin Island (The hardest of the three),
3. Arcada Camp (That one was my first, so don't expect anything special, I wanted to put an impact on moving on roofs).

I have a good prison called Galaxy Explorer Station That is designed to look like it is on another planet like Earth. It even has a transport spaceship attached to the station for decoration. It gets updates a lot.
