How do I do HMS offshore WITHOUT a key?

Only thing that comes to mind so far is cutting the fence next to the crane controls and pickaxing through the wall. But even then I still need to get down to the lower level somehow. I was hoping a grappling hook could be used somehow but it doesn't seem to be the case.

For all it seems most escapes single player require a red key or key or keycard. The only one that might not require one was the helicopter escape of there is one.

I know. I was talking about HMP offshore. Most escapes require to get to the bottom of the rig which requires a red keycard. So you are going to end up using one.

HMP Offshore had: Swimming With Dolphins, Bad Intentions, Perimeter, and Taking Out The Trash.

Helicopter escapes are limited to HMS Orca and The Glorious Regime. =)

There's a helicopter you can escape from, on the top of the guard building in Offshore.

If that's a thing, then it isn't on the checklist. What items do you need to escape with it?

nothing, you just go to it, its a perimeter breakout for some reason, you just go there and escape, well, you need a red key to get there

So yes. All the escapes require a red key in order to escape. So OP no. None of the escapes don't require a key. Don't worry tho. Its not that difficult to find a keycard.

i've found that the transport prisons dont need a key
and the first few prisons dont need a key
