I used the payphone and mysterious phone person told me to make a zipline and escape from northern building

I inspected the building a bit. and it wasnt that different from any other.

and came here.

you need to make a crossbow to escape on the roof of the northern building, it took me forever to find a dowel, i was told you needed to buy it but i finally found one in the guards room right hand side of floor 2.

Stuck at the same bit :D. Also have rope and a grappling hook just in case
but also need red key :/
