How does customization work?
So I got the game and have completed the tutorial. When I try to make a new save it forces me to pick a character that it won't let me customize. Where is the customization?

In the main menu, there is a button in the top row after the 'criminal record' button. I think it says 'characters' or something. Anyway, you click that button and you will go to the customization menu: just select the character that you want to edit! Remember that some customization like hats are unlocked when you escape from certain prisons (see the criminal record) and most of the hairstyles are unlocked by simply playing in prisons!
