Intelligence?
Just started playing, normally there was a library/internet cafe etc. in the old Escapist, how do you raise intelligence here? tutorial wasn't that helpful in this regard.

There are bookshelves, they're a little hard to find at first, but once you learn the layout of the prisons you can find them really easy!

Literally just found them, for those that don't notice them, they're in "Social" areas in the first prison, thanks anyway Avacado!
