The Civilian's Outfit (Plus tip on how to escape SMP offshore. If that's what it's called)

How do I get it and where do I get it? I'm playing on Center Perks 2.0 by the way. And, just a bonus for even READING this, I'll tell you a way to escape the oil rig prison, I forgot what it's called. So, how to escape it is, you need to get a juicy worm from one of the guards. You need to make a fishing rod, make a readied fishing rod, get a plastic red key, get a cake ready, and then go outside onto one of the docks. You'll find Snooty the dolphin. Catch a fish, and give it to him. Now give him the cake. I think he'll let you ride on his back and then you can escape.

The civilian outfit is in the northern room on floor two right next too the stairs. In those few rooms is a desk or two. In one of them is a civilian outfit and a radio reciever, both are which required for the camera crew escape. And that tip would've helped a little if I still needed to escape that way. XD btw, the name's HMP Offshore

Thanks! And BTW, I already have fake audio equipment. Although my desk luck SUCKS!!! Seriously, I can't find a single comb, a single bottle of aftershave, or a single thing of dental floss.

Yeah I had horrible luck with HMP Offshore. I was trying to do trash talk and I found everything but uhh... it took me eleven days to find tubing. rip me

Dental floss are quite rare. ;)

For the civilian outfit, you're sure to get it in the desk mentionned by Avocado. :)


PS : the juicy worm, in HMP Offshore can be found in any desk.

my problem is finding string for the fishing rod, nobody's selling it, and the only desks i can't check i'd need to break down walls to get to
