Question about jobs
So im not sure what jobs even are.

I know you need to visit a room and you sit down and talk to someone to get money. Is that the main job?! There are also several other jobs on some board outside this room but the 4 jobs on it are allways ocupied so i mostly just talk with the guy in the job room and leave it but i fear i am missing out something?

What you typed is you going to the ''job room'' which is actually you going to your counselor per say and update him that you are ''looking for a job''. It is not the actual job. The other thing, jobs on the board are real jobs and you can get people fired from them if you make them miss their job times (3 times i think and they get fired) which opens that job for you to take.

Checking in at the job room when you don't have a job will keep the guards happy. If a job on the job board is currently occupied, take note of the name of the person who has that job and during the job period, ensure they cannot make it to their job. You can do this by hitting them, knocking them out and tying them up, hitting them and making them chase you all around the prison for the whole job period or to passively disrupt them you can interact with them by bringing up their UI (where you can buy from them, give them gifts, see their stats, etc) and never close that window during job time so they stand still for the whole duration and never make it to work.

Once you've managed to stop them getting to their job (for the whole duration of job time, you can't just knock them out once or they will leave the infirmary and go right to work), then their name will be removed from the job board and the job becomes available. You must still meet the requirements to apply for the job but by disrupting the last worker, it will be available for you to apply. Don't take TOO long though (more than a day) to reach the requirements or the job may be filled again and you'll have to disrupt someone else.

A good plan to avoid waiting too long is to look at the requirements on the board when you find out who has the job. It will tell you the required strength and intellect as well as the pay you will get. That way you can spend a day prepping the stats and finding the job location so the next day you can wait outside it and beat them down.
