Hey there!
Thanks for hitting us up about this! Most likely you will just need to make a couple of changes with your settings and should be good to go. Here is a link with an article that has steps to follow for those changes. https://drlracingsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023371151-My-Controller-Won-t-Connect-to-the-Sim-No-Hardware-Message-
If after this it is still not working, Verify the Joystick is being read correctly by pressing Windows+R and type 'joy.cpl' and then enter. (a small box will appear titled "Game Controllers" If your controller is on and plugged in, it should be listed. Click on the controller and then click on Properties, a new box will appear, there you can confirm all of the inputs are being detected and read by the Windows Game Controller system... If you are still having issues, and its not being read or detected there, please send me a Help Ticket so I can work one on one with you to solve this. https://drlracingsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001151392-Submit-a-Help-Ticket
Thank you so much!
