Hello,
Please make sure that you are connected to the internet when you start the game. It needs an internet connection in order to start.

there should be a line of text at the top that reads "success"

Other than that, please make sure that your firewall isn't blocking the game's ablility to connect online. You could also try verifying your game cache or reinstalling the game.

Hello,
Unfortunately if you are unable to access that website then you will be unable to play the Sim. Please contact your internet service provider and see if they can help you access that website. Once you are able to connect successfully with your browser then the game should run fine.

If you're worried about refunds though, steam allows you to have the game in your library for 2 weeks or play for 2 hours until it will deny you a refund.

That's the correct message from the website. So you can connect to the correct server, now please make sure that you are not blocking the DRL Simulator program from accessing the internet and you should be able to connect.

This exact thing is happening to me also. DRL USED TO run ok.... now just fails after the intial "actions" screen. and crashes back to the desk top.

Ok Running drlsim.exe didn't start the sim, BUT... it didi force the firewall to ask if i want to allow traffic through it..... Said yes, and the steam game now goes intot he game again!
