Just got the sim, Cant connect my Taranis QX7 HELP

Hey, this is really frustrating the sim just says "no hardware" no matter what I do, there is no real tutorial for setting up the transmitter.

I have velocidrone and the transmitter works perfectly but when I open DRL it says no hardware and only detects my keyboard

Hey HaZZar,

If you Radio isn’t connecting to DRL or Velocidrone the it’s likely this recent driver issue from Windows.

Try these steps and let us know if you have any luck.

Sorry I worded it wrong, the transmitter is working perfectly with velocidrone and my PC, but DRL simulator doesnt detect anything

I have done this but it still claims that there is "no hardware"

Is there any other information I can give you to help figure out whats wrong?

Hello,
Please try going to {LINK USUNIĘTY}https://html5gamepad.com with your QX7 connected and see if the website detects the controller. If it doesn't, try going to your Bluetooth & other devices menu and remove the QX7 device from the Other devices section.

Afterwards, plug your controller back in as normal then go to your Device Manager. find the libusb-win32 section and right click on the BETTER_USB_US subcategory.

Select Update Driver, Select the option to Browse for the driver, Select 'Let me pick from a list', then Select USB Input Device.

Double check back on {LINK USUNIĘTY}https://html5gamepad.com that the controller is recognized. If so, then it should work on the SIM.

The website detects the controller (tried again today) I had tested it when I was looking around how to fix this issue...

Even though the website detected the controller I reinstalled the drives but still no luck.

I dont know if its worth continuing to try to resolve this issue

You could also check if the controller's USB setting is set to Joystick and not ASK, that can cause some issues with the game. The option should be in the controllers settings which are accessed by long pressing the Menu button.
