DRL Simulator has no official support for VR at this time, but you could try to use a third party program to try and view the Sim through a VR Headset.

Umm, no? There is no benefit and no realism in that? Just plug in your Fatshark googles and you are set. No need to VR as this clearly gives no benefits and moreover wouldnt make experience more real at all..

I hate to necro but when someone makes themselves look like an idiot, i usually chime in. Pull your head out of your own ass and maybe you see that different people have different setups. Imagine just for a second that there are people that DO have a VR headset and DO not have a FPV headset. However, seeing as this is a simulator, a VR headset would be a perfect stand in. Head tracking can be ignored and you have a way to further immerse yourself into this simulator.

I second the request for VR support. Besides simulating FPV goggles (adding to realism, not reducing it), we could anticipate a future where (affordable) FPV drones have stereoscopic cameras and goggles, making a VR enabled sim an obvious choice. Think outside the box, people :)
