I got the dlc Crash and sunburn but i only got the Crash part :/ (hahaha....)
This worked for me you should uninstall Hamachi if you have it on your PC.
Always great to have to wait a week to play the content you preordered in April.
I could play the game in the morning, the error was gone. Now it's back again.
How can one game work and then not work within the span of a single day?
I’ve tried repairing EAC and even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same error. I even verified the game twice before I uninstalled it from my D drive and installed it on my E drive. No joy, same error each time. I even tried running the launcher manually as an admin but the game just stalls on the splash screen. So I set Run as admin on the game executable itself but that just loads to the same error.
Thinking a cumulative Windows Update for build 18362 19H2 was the culprit, I ran several other Uplay EAC games such as The Crew 2 and The Division 2 but those work fine.
So what is going on here? I play dozens of games and this is the only current game that refuses to load properly due to EAC.
PC specs: i7-4770K, 16 GB, GTX 1080 Ti, Windows 10 Pro v1903 build 18362.10022 64-bit. I am using the latest v436.30 WHQL driver from NVIDIA for my graphics card.
I bought the season pass as preorder, can't refund anything now.
Fool me once, Redlynx...
I uninstalled shortly after that last post and was wondering whether I should try playing it now...
