As for the No Lean contracts... Use the Squid or Rhino. They both have a smoother throttle and brake. Hit brake off a jump to pitch the front end down helps. Try different routes, full gas it and see what happens, trial & error. The No Lean stuff is rough, probably a few of those I'll never do either. hahaha F*** IT!
I appreciate the response! I had never thought of using the Squid or Rhino since the recommended is always the Mantis. This is my first trials game (I dabbled in Frontier for a month or so but that's it.) Yeah the No Lean ones are probably the most frustrating! Definitely won't give up. :)
my ocd is also killing me esp. seeing the map without contracts is so satisfying but looking at some contracts there is no reason to tackle them while you're still developing muscle memory.
No-lean are fun contracts. If you think the track is doable with the Rhino then choose that. It's going to be easier to control than Mantis, and easier to land safely. Remember to flap in mid-air as needed (tap brake quickly) to help rotate forwards. Another tip is don't go up a ramp at 100% speed, rather save the full gas until the final few feet of the ramp, as that will tilt the front wheel up and hopefully you'll land safely instead of landing front wheel first and going over.
