Apparently you can complete the university events to unlock leagues instead of by XP. Or you can play MP to gain XP fast. Or you can play the game and beat the contracts to gain XP which doesn't take long. That's 3 ways to unlock everything.

You need an A+ in the university events to bypass the level-based unlocking progression. Saying "complete" them is ambiguous.

No idea what happens if you get A+ on one event but not others. No one has even said anything about whether the A+ thing unlocks the bike you need too, since those are different unlocks from the leagues.

How come for some leagues there are no "Finals"? I have gold medals for every track but still no finals unlocked for certain leagues. Pls answer

I don't know/remember. Perhaps the next final unlocks on an XP "8" level, i.e. 28, 38, 48, 58 etc. If there are no fresh events at any stadiums do what I suggested in the post above to reach the next "8" level, or try to get A+ in University events and let us know how that goes. Make sure to buy the Helium and Donkey for a bunch more Contracts, many of which are trivial, some are extremely challenging.

The finals unlock differently from the leagues. I don't know what the condition is, since they don't bother to tell you when or why they unlock, but it was pretty late in the progression when the last ones opened up for me. Just keep playing, and they'll open eventually... assuming it doesn't break.
