Crappy FPS on high end computer

I’m confused because I’m able to run very high end games, including higher end Lego games. But this one has an extremely underwhelming performance at 13 fps. Let me know what settings may be affecting it. Here are my specs

CPU: intel I7 12700k
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070ti
RAM: 16GB

It was struggling mightily on our 3070, even in the menus.

Start game.
Pause.
Go to options.
Set resolution and refresh rate (RAISE them to the correct levels).
The port wasn't done properly for NVidia cards. It taxes them hard on incorrect settings, even if too low -- fans crank; everything looks terrible.

Once you get the graphics settings to match your system, your card will get the most out of it.
