Where is the secret ninja base?

There is a terminal which keeps saying i need to go to the secret ninja base but i cant find it!

Yeh I've seen that message too at a replay story and battle arena terminal. But those terminals are available so it's probably a bug. I have 100% achievements and encountered no secret ninja base.

I was no where near one of the battle arena or replay when it popped up so it was a bit strange

I've been searching to answer of this as well and have seen people say it is a bug. I don't agree, but also have not found the base. To see the terminal in question go to the character customizer, to the left of the front steps that go into the customizer is the terminal, with a red bell above it.

I think that is the school bell to get the kids inside to get through the gate

Hello,

I got this game and tried to unlock multiplayer to play with my friends, but didn't want to actually play the game single player, it's on my backlog. I did just enough to unlock the battle arenas.

I got to the open world in chapter 4 or 5, where you stand outside of your dojo and can start exploring. The terminal didn't work and said that I needed to enter the secret ninja dojo. After completing random quests I did two things and found it was unlocked.

1. I went to the beach area by walking under the arches and saying yes to go, and the beach chapter started to load. I noticed after the cinematic that my map screen was finally unlocked. So I went back to North Ninjigo City.

2. Thinking the Secret Ninja Base might be the 'Secret Ninja' base/dojo, I went in to the Dojo which is where you start. It asked if I wanted to redo the tutorial level. I said yes.

When I came out the terminals worked and the map screen had the battle arena.

I'm not sure if it was #1 or #2 that fixed the issue. It's possible I entered the base somewhere else, like when I helped the master ring the bell for the students at the nearby building that lets you save your character customization. But that wasn't enough, or was bug that I reset by starting beach chapter.
