Crashing
The lego games you guys put out are so poorly coded, it's a joke. You should just give them away for free. This game will crash every time my son plays it. Half of the time it locks up the entire computer and we have to reboot the machine! This is garbage! Fix it!

Maybe your computer can´t handle the game. Could you tell me it´s specs?

Intel i7 7700, 32 GB, GTX 1080 FTW, and the game is installed on a 1 TB NVME drive.

How Is That Gonna Help If I Have To Collect Them To Beat The Game?

Turning on Vsync in the game + Nvidia's control panel will usually fix crashing problems in the Lego games. It's been my go-to fix for these

How Do I Do That?

Thanks this helped! Can't understand that I need to read discussions to find out that I need to change these settings!

I agree, this is a joke from beginning to end, my specs far outstrip minimum and are better than recommended but it's been constant problems from beginning to end and now I've come across a game ruining issue. Every time I collect the character token in the Beach area where you go through an underpass to where there is two chracter tokens. One is a spycam and you have to turn invisible, that's OK but the other one where you have to climb a couple of storage containers and then swing across. Every time I do this (and I've tried many times) as soon as I hit touch the token it crashes and shuts down, no fuss or warnings it just instantly crashes. I have every lego game except the latest Marvel heroes 2 and this ninjago game is by far the worst.

This game is crashy, but Lego City Undercover is easily worse.

Not for me, I am around 80% through and not one crash

Same for us. We are at 100% with Lego City Undercover and no crash but Ninjago is crashing every time when we are leaving a level to Ninjago City.
Updating the graphics driver got the game at least this "stable". Before, we where not even able to load the first savegame.
I agree that this is the worst Lego games since the first Star Wars games. Not only is the quality very bad but also the controlls are worst of all Lego games. I like the combo thing but walking around is so annoying with this havily rotating screen and with how the minifigure is walking.

I'm gonna throw in and say yes, crashing for me as well. Vsync is on in the settings for the game, but a separate application profile for the game doesn't exist in the NVIDIA control panel, so maybe I should just make one and force Vsync on for it? Will do that and report back.

Well, it didn't crash after I had created the profile and forced Vsync on for it... so maybe that, combined with enabling Vsync in the game, is what solves this issue. Wonder why it even happens.
