Ageia PhysX Must Re-Install JTF

Could someone please tell me how I would go about reinstalling this program and if I should remove the original first?
It is telling me to do this when I try to load the program up and I am not sure, using steam is a bit confussing in trying to figure out just how to do this. I have had Steam for quite a number of years, but now I have been stumped by just one tiny facture.

IIRC, I installed that and the game has worked since.

Works on physical retail version as well. Forgot this old gem , and with this dowload it runs just fine - and in correct ratio widescreen resolution.

How can I get the game to work on a Windows 8 computer? The driver listed above is not compatible with my GPU or my OS. Any suggestions?

Why wouldn't it? It's exactly the same game. Just different distribution method.

Cause not every game runs fine in steam versions.

What will happen if I install it? Is it going to uninstall something? Can i play other games like Rust with it? Please answear somebody, I really don't want to destroy my PC bcs of JTF :D
