How to get it to work on Windows 10
Download and Install: http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.13.0604-legacy-driver.html
(I did not find this method, I am just putting it out there. Credits to Gekido for the download link)

Works, however the game is slow like stuttering all the time, although the graphics settings are lowered. I use Ati card. So looks like PhysX is emulated?

Well it lets me install it, but now trying to run JTF leads to a "Failed to find Steam" error.

If you havent found solution then go to instal dir open settings as text and change this (numbers are resolution)
int FullScreenWidth = 1920;
int FullScreenHeight = 1080;

Also turn off Hardware Cursor, it stops the jittering.

This solution does not work for me.

First I tried to install the driver from the link, but it said that my current version is already up to date. I then uninstalled and re-installed it but then it gave me the "Failed to find Steam" error. I then copied the Steam.dll file to the game's directory, but then I'm back to the "requires Ageia Physx Driver"...

I am not sure if people are still trying to get this to work on Windows 10, but it is fairly easy. After installing the game:

1. Install these drivers: https://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.13.0604-legacy-driver.html

2. Go to the main Steam folder and copy Steam.dll, then paste it to the game directory.

3. Start the game and disable the hardware cursor and set your game to your preferred resolution, both in the settings.

Worked on the first attempt. The game will not play in wide-screen without a mod, but it won't be blurry. I am sure there is a mod out there that will allow you to play in 1080p or whatever.

Every time I start the game, I re-enable Hardware Cursor and then disable it. I have to turn it on and off again each time to remove the stuttering - it works though.

I've tried following the steps above but my game doesn't even start, it thinks about it for a second (literally) and then just crashes. I should note that I'm trying to install it from a CD I bought when it came out (this seems to be the only place with active players though so I have nowhere else to ask). I've also added it to the exceptions list on my firewall and antivirus and am opening it as an administrator.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Sorry for the late response, have you tried launching it in compatibility mode?
