Let's start with the bad new .
There is no official support by Saitek to CloD .
Farther more , it does not come out of the box with any programmable software .
Having said that , there is a solution , or rather a sort of work around .
They say that the best incentive is lack of choice ... I bought the PZ55 and only then stumbled on this issue .
It seems as if our friends on DCS had the same issue .
They came up with an elegant solution .
The solution is called flightpanels .
It is a programmable software , that is open source that supports several flight sim additions .
PZ55 is one of them .
It is limited in its support in DCS for only a hand full of flight models :
A10C
TF51D (Experimental )
MiG21 BIS
HUI
So , what am I babbling about ? Well , other then the above flightpanels has another mode - called "None" .
In this mode the PZ55 is a keyboard emulator .
That means that you can set switches to keyboard inputs , and then set them in CloD . (Or any other SIM for that matter ) .
And it does not even need Strike's device driver - it uses built in Windows input device driver .
And yes - it works on Windows 10 , so it will probably be compatible with earlier releases .
Is it perfect ? - No
There is no built in way to set LED's for Landing Gear - because LED's require device input rather the output to device .
CLoD controls are hardly compatible with the settings possible in the panel - It is slightly better for Tommies , but if you are a Kraut like me , you will really need to "dance" around it .
What I can tell you is that it can be resolved by using timed sequence rather the keys or key combinations .
You can get the software from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/flightpanels/
And the forum for ED is

And if you register to ACG (http://aircombatgroup.co.uk/) I started a thread about it so others can share :

While you are at it - Come fly with us :-)
"Using DCSFlightpanels as a key emulator it can be used in almost any game like
Elite Dangerous, War Thunder, Flaming Cliff Series, IL-2.
You can use multiple panels of each sort and have them configured separately."
