To be honest, I thought the ending was pretty good. Remove the admin’s power and save the world. At the end, choosing whether to stay in beacontown or continue adventuring with Petra.

there is no reason to save romeo he wont fix anything at the end so just leave him to die there even if its harsh

Regardless of what you do with Romeo the story still has two endings. I think the only way it SHOULD end is going off with Petra. Staying in Beacontown just doesn't seen necessary. However, that does make future episodes difficult to justify. I loved season one and it's additional episodes (is it just me, or were they longer?), but I don't see how you can have two diverging endings and bring them together "naturally" enough to make more stories. How will they all be brought together again to have adventures? Will they include Jack/Nurm/Radar at all? Will Lluna be there too?

In the meantime, I want to go back through all of it and play the "Jesse believes once-evil-always-evil" path and make him a jerk to everyone just to see how different it is. :)

Where does it say he won’t fix anything? If you manage to save Romeo, he says he’ll go back to fix things with Xara, if she’s still alive. I’m trying to save everyone.

You know what? Just shut up ok? People like you are why the earth is a bad place sometimes, can you just appreciate how good this game was? It took the developers months to create this game, that we frankly diden't deserve! You need to keep your mouth shut and appreciate the game for what it is.

I don't think that taking the admin powers for yourself ever made sense. First off, it was never suggested to be possible (except as Romeo's lie to the Beacon Town folk) and second I felt that the over arching theme of trying to keep friends together (With Petra and Jesse and the crew and aswell with the Admins) it also kept reminding us that power tears you apart from them. With Petra doubting Jesse in episode 1 because he's the leader ofa whole town, with Vos, Jack and Petra dismissing Radar and Lukas in episode 2 becuase they are "weaker", with Jesse as an "Ascociate" being told not to help his "Guest" friends in episode 3, the Admin story shown in episode 4, and Axel, Olivia, Lukas and the new Ocellots turning on Jesse in episode 5. I feel like with all that symbolism about power being bad for friendships if Jesse could have taken the powers for himself it could only lead to a bad ending.

Like honestly was I really the only one who thought that this would be kinda a good romanze?
However as long as you are going with Petra in the end, the ending is fine imo.

That’d be pretty hard to animate kissing with minecraft characters since their entire face is a flat surface and the only time their lips stick out is when they pronounce the “O” sound. o-O

Would've been cool if Jesse had gotten admin powers - altough not permanently - to fight Romeo, kinda like the finale in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 against Ego. Would've made for a cool battle

That may be why, It likely crossed the Devs minds, but I don't think they wanted it to seem like they plagerized guardians.
