i need help

when i launch the game it is a black screen i can here the musici don't know what to do!

Hello,

We're very sorry to see you having this issue. If you are experiencing a white screen you should be able to view the game by launching it, then pressing Alt+Enter on your keyboard. This should force the game in windowed mode.

When you are able to see the game, please go back into the Settings menu and try selecting a different resolution. A slightly smaller resolution should allow you to continue playing in fullscreen. If you ever experience a game freeze or white screen again, pressing Alt+Enter should allow you to resolve this and adjust the resolution again.

If it is still occurring then a possible solution to fix this problem would be to delete your Minecraft Story Mode - Season 2 folder. Please note this will delete your Minecraft: Story Mode - Season 2 saves.

That file can be found at C:\Users\%user%\Documents\Telltale Games\Minecraft Story Mode - Season 2

Dear TTG Customer Service,

I just wanted to make sure this game was coming out on Mac. I heard it was, and Linux too, but it's not out for either yet. I only see the Windows symbol on the game page. I don't mind waiting, I just want to make sure I heard correctly that it was still coming out on other platforms. Thank you!
