Can't set the game to 1080p on Steam Deck "docked" (still looks good at 720)

My TV and Steam Deck are both set to 1080p, other games show the 1080p option justfine but Yakuza 0 only goes up to 720p. It still looks clean and excellent and the TV detects it as an 1080p signal. On PC I can get it to run on my maximum 1440p resolution.
I don't mind nor notice anything, again it looks clean and runs very smoothly I just wasn't sure why this is happening. I'd normally just assume the internal resolution is 720p and that's as far as it would go but I see it running higher on PC.

I went into the settings before game launch.

General, Game Resolution - “Native”

Launch

Go to game settings and 1920x1080 should be selectable.
