Where is the "point of no return" on this game?

I'm in chapter 13, tryin to completing every side quest(real estate, sub-stories, training, etc.). Now i'm getting bored of beating up Mr. Shakedown for money (to upgrade fighting abilities), so I want to proceed with the story, but I want to finish every side quest first before I beat the game.

the game tells you something along the lines of "this is your last chance to move freely before the final battle"

You will be told it very clearly before the final fight, to help you a little though, nishiki will be waiting by the taxi at the start of tenkaichi st

so the last free roam before final is gonna be Kiryu, aight, thanks.

You are only on chapter 13, you still have a few more left, youll know which chapter is the last because it will say finale (black and white) instead of the chapter number
