Stuck in the Shibusawa fight

I'm at the 20 attempt to beat Shibusawa but it seem impossible for me to do it. I'm unfotunately down to 4 health boost bottles. Is there any tip you can give me? The problem is that I keep turning my back to him even if I don't want, particularly when I grab a chair or a table. I'm using Brawler style btw. Anyone can help me?

you should use beast for the chair part, it autograbs objects when you attack
you could try dodging attacks with rush to build heat too

I countered each of his fighting styles with the opposite, so his Rush with my Beast, for example. Worked stupidly well.
