New game plus

Hi, I have finished yakuza 0 and I want all achievements, but there are obvious obstacles, specially at chapter 10-16 at what chapter do you recommend me farm money, get all the secondary missions and all the achievement stuff? Also I'm in legend mode to get that achievement

what i usually do is on your first playthrough, you beat the game do all substories and start working towards 100%ing completion points
then when youve 100%ed you finally start ng+ on legend so you can beat the game again with all the upgrades youve already gotten and do any final achievements you may have missed first time i.e takoyaki 15 mins later

This is sound advice in general but in Y0 you can only do a fresh Legend run, no ng+. You should not have a problem if you've done everything else including Climax battles.

Play the story, save often, get useful upgrades. When you unlock Breaker style you can do Majima side content. I did little side content and managed ok anyway. Good luck.

oh yeah idk why ng+ wasnt on legend for rgg0 but then i remembered limit break exists so thats why

Depends how good you are but I can't remember doing it. I can redownload Y0 and see what my Kiryu looked like in the finale.

This is what I had right before going into the Finale. It's just whatever I could get playing through the game.
