Graphical issues especially with cutscenes
Does anyone else have cutscenes that look pretty bad? The main issue seems to be jagged edges and backgrounds looking really blurry. In game as well things that aren’t in focus or are in the background look kind of hazy. Sorry if this doesn’t describe it too well but it is a noticeable issue. I have messed around with settings a lot to no avail. I have watched some videos of pc gameplay to make sure it wasn’t a universal issue. My graphics settings are all ultra with 4x ssaa and render scale off and on a 1440 resolution with v sync on. Like I said though I have tried changing my settings but it hasn’t fixed anything. Anyone know what this could be or have a similar issue?

Doesn't it look like a problem though, especially in the second picture?

I can send a couple more screenshots if you want. The opening for the game looks especially bad with jagged edges and other issues.

try turning dof off

It's a PS3 game at its core. Probably just a side effect of the resolution being used for the DOF.

Do you know how to?

Some aspects of postprocessing can't be turned off normally. You can use helixmod or the lodmod. Pretty sure the LoDmod one has been updated for the current version. Links to both here.

I appreciate the help but unfortunately it looks like this won't work for me. Tried following the steps for it and my game wont open unless I delete the mod files. After looking at the comments, it would appear that this doesn't support AMD video cards, which is what I have.
