thats guy doin it just for show, just do ur own thing and spam alot of fever time, and also get better girls if u have to

Launch your fever when he's getting to his final bar level, use prolonging sessions (girls in fever mode are immune to his power), praise girls to regenerate their health all the time (do not give them rewards unless they are at the edge of breaking down). If you still can make it, you may have to grind a little to level the girls up. Also, octogenerian is a good girl to use here if you have here maxed out.
