Any good tips for Cabaret Club Czar?
I just managed to unlock the Cabaret Club for the Majima chapter. I have started to get around the hostesses requesting for help and swapping them in every shift. I still can't get around which options I should choose during Check finish and any Troubles. Besides that, is there any useful tips you guys can share for the Cabaret Club, like which level should my hostesses be before going on Rival Battles and such?

I can toss out tips.

As you'd expect the plot-related waitresses are (usually) the best ones but you want any girl who has a high score in any one category (Talk, Party, etc). Do sidequests to unlock the good ones (especially the Disco dance girl and the older lady) and then look up a guide to know where to find them in the city. Also, spend some CP to unlock some via the CP Store since you can get good recruits that way as well. Also, look up a guide and try to buy up all the properties before you work on each section to reduce how many sessions you need to do.

For matching clients with girls, there's a preview of their reaction when you highlight a girl so this will tell you if the girl works regardless of all the other like/dislike factors. I found that matching the category the client wants (Party, Talk, etc) was always more successful. Also don't be afraid to yank a girl from a lesser client if a high-roller shows up and will only accept the best girl.

For shifts, I'd just rest a girl if she had a frowny face. However, halfway through the minigame, I got sick of switching. So, after doing a full run with my best girls, I'd sub all out but one crappy girl, then do a quick session where I do nothing. Yes, you have to sit for three minutes of nothing but it means all your girls will be in peak condition the next time. Don't worry, you can't lose fans with a bad session. This is especially important when you do the Cabaret battles and want all the best girls available.

I feel doing the above also helps with all the personal trainings with the girls. Just going through the plot of the minigame will not give you enough sessions to complete all the Trainings so doing the extra shift with one girl will give you the extra opportunities you need to complete them all.

For the "Check Finish" and "Troubles" prompts...for one, you shouldn't get Troubles much once you get a good group of girls. But otherwise, give the guy a gift. I found it doesn't much matter.

For the other prompts, you want to do different things depending on whether it's a normal session or a Cabaret battle.

For "Check please," always go for "Extend Session." There's no drawback if the client declines.

Once the client is truly done, this is where it varies. Take a look at your girl's HP/stamina...if it's low, give the girl a gift and this will boost her HP back up. If she's fine, then give the client a gift and you'll get extra Fans.

However, this all changes during the actual plot battles. Those are won by most money earned (not fans) so you actually want to be stingy with your cash. Rather than giving the client or the hostess a gift, choose the lesser "send off/praise waitress" options. These won't spend money so you'll save cash that way. I won a couple of the Battles by just a few 100K Yen and it was usually because they spent way more on gifts than I did.

For the "Help Please" prompts, try to have a list available that tells you what the various gestures mean. Not only do these please the client but they'll boost the girl's HP/stamina...very useful. After doing enough of them, I eventually memorized them all and didn't have to look them up.

Also, don't forget about the Sunshine Fever. I found there's rarely a need to save them for higher levels. Just fire them off as soon as you get them as long as you have one or two tables available. They're also useful in the Cabaret battles since the opponent will often try to steal your clients...but the ones that have Sunshine Fever are immune to this so its to your advantage to have as many tables as you can under Sunshine effect.

Great guide here with all the info needed like girl and business locations.
