IN WHICH ORDER?

Hi guys i would play all yakuza games. Do I need to start with Yakuza 0? And whats next please thank you

I just started this series myself and did Yakuza 0 first and felt this was a fine spot to start. There's only a few vague references to other games and they really just make you curious about these characters in later games. In the end, the series is about the massive amount of side content rather than just the plot so enjoy everything there is in the game.

you do not need to start with 0 though you can since its a prequel and therefore the first in the story if you want to follow the story its best to start with 1 or 0

1 comes out 0 then it keeps going all the way up to 6 then theres the new yakuza games the like a dragon and infinite wealth then comes all the spin off games such as judgement and ishin and the new pirate game

if you want a timeline from when things take place
Yakuza 0 through 6, Judgement - Yakuza 7 - Like a dragon Gaiden - Lost judgement - Infinite Wealth

Ishin technically be first at 1867's but literally doesnt matter

I will say i started with 0 and then went to 1 and it was fantastic i could see going the other way be kinda more confusing

You can play judgment whenever really but make sure you play lost judgment after yakuza 7
ishin can be played whenever
