Beginner - Managing the Club?

I'm still trying to get a hold of the Club minigame for Majima. Up to now, I generally assigned a girl to each customer based on their colour, and made sure to replace a girl when one of them was low on health, and I always make sure to get the hand signals right. As for the party fever trick, I use it on occassion, because I'm pretty sure it helps restore health. I'm otherwise just too busy focusing on whatever table asks for help and whatever new customers arrive. And I always say 'Thank you' when a table is finished, and I give a girl a price when there's an option. I still don't know what to do when a customer becomes abusive, or if I should ever try giving the customer a gift, apologise or extend their session.

Also, many of my hostesses show that they're not 100% happy. Does that mean I have to assign them on the next shift, or that they need a break? Same with their stats. Do I restore their health and so forth by giving them another shift, or not?

With the cabaret, it gets way easier the more you play, plus with upgrades and making sure your girls are double ciricles by customising them well will pay off, early on its quite hard but doing substories will net you gold hostesses which make things a ton easier. Usually its better to extend time with guests and aligning the correct girl with the guest

Any hostesses that are unhappy should be put on a break for one session then their condition will return to "happy".
Hostesses will become unhappy if they are frequently used, if their icon is neutral or unhappy their performance will be bad resulting in more customer complaints.

I'd also recommend getting the two gold hostesses: Miss Iosbe and Estuko from substory 65 and 68. These two were really useful from start to finish for my playthrough.

If you have any platinum hostesses, make sure to do all their training sessions and apply makeovers to increase their stats.

Thanks, I'll do that. Or at least some of it, because completing training for some hostesses's requires playing dancing or karaoke minigames. The Karaoke one I can manage. Still getting used to the instinctual memory of which button is the A or B button, but I'll get there (This game's the whole reason I bought a controller)

But dancing minigames? That's a hard no, because if you mess up in those, you lose may precious seconds to adjust, so one mistake, ruins everything
