Nouveau Riche Won't Spawn
I got the "Nouveau Riche Influx" shrine upgrade early on in Chapter 1 and haven't seen them anywhere. I don't remember them being rare at all the last time I played. Did the upgrade not actually trigger, and if so, what do I do?

i mean those guy only have 10 % of spawning so if you want money then mr shakedown is a better option in every single way

I did actually finally find a couple. I'm just very surprised they only started showing up 12 hours after I purchased the upgrade.
