Umm i think my game is broken

I was going around sotenbori as majima then i run into a Gold suit Riche guy, but i wanted to test out a weapon, so i go to my equipment screen, But I see that a green cocktail is my weapon, I press 4 which makes majima do the "pull out weapon" animation, but then auto cancels it. I was baffled when this happened, but i got more confused when I find out that i have a "Test Nunchaku" the item description says its for debugging purposes, and "Mustn't see the light of day". CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN!!!!

Did you search for this issue? The inventory bug is more common than players beating the game

You gotta save the game ASAP, if you don't your save will get corrupt. This happened to me while going for 100% and it seems to be a common issue if you play for too long.
