question about Maxed Friendships and Miracle in Maharaja

I'm currently on chapter 2 and trying to finish all the substories available before moving on... I'm curious about friendships, do you need to max out the friendships before you finish chapter 2..

Also I can't seen to get Miracle in Maharaja to progress, I unlocked the Sub story, but when I go to the club, the beefy guard isn't outside. and I can't progress the story.. Anyone know why that might be?

No. You have until the end of the game. None of the friendships/substories are missable.

I see, it's weird that you can start it in Chapter 2 and have to wait till chapter 5 to finish it.. either way thanks for the tip, was trying everything I could think of to progress the story after I got it.. Guess it's time to finish up Chapter 2 as the only things I have left is the bowling girl, and Miracle in Maharaja
