If the game crashes only during cutscenes, then you can at least try to skip the cutscene as fast as possible and watch it on youtube. If the game crashes during gameplay, I'm afraid there is nothing you can do.
Your crash log sais that something is wrong with directx. You can try reinstalling directx11.
Don't forget to restart (not shut down) your pc after reinstalling directx.
Restart because your laptop most likely goes into hibernation when you click on shut down. It helps the pc to boot faster.
This being said, have you even restarted your pc since this issue has happened? Maybe if you updated your drivers and didn't restart afterwards this could be the reason for the crashes (quite unlikely in this case though, but worth a try).
In the end you can always send the crash log to Sega support and hope that they can help you. The past has shown though that laptop users only in a few instances could find a way to make the Yakuza games run properly.
