Why can't I call Riichi?

So I, like many, am trying to get the completion marks for mahjong, but I can't seem to get Riichi. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3114093839
(Note: accidently threw away my 5 trying to take the screenshot like a dumbass, but would still like to know what I did wrong) I'm on pc but pressing lmb doesn't do anything.

I'm aware but like I said I had a 5 right before this and it was 5 6 7

Yeah this isn't a winning hand, the three different winds don't do anything, those (same as dragons) can only be made into pairs, trips, or quads, unless you're going for a special hand like 13 orphans but I'm getting off track here. If you had three of the same wind tiles, that would be a hand set up for Riichi.

To win, you usually need four sets of three and a pair, and at least one yaku. You have the yaku because you have a fully concealed hand, and Riichi would give you a second. But you only one set of three and a pair Your set of three is the 3-4-5 of dots, and your pair is the red dragon. If you had a 5-6-7, that still would only give you two sets of three.

You can put call riichi when you're one tile away from winning. But you need to swap out several tiles in order to win.

If your winds were all the same, and you had a 5-6-7, you'd be able to call riichi.

you are like 3 shanten, remember a complete hand needs 4 groups of 3 (triplets or sequences) and a pair, so to call riichi (1 more tile to win) you need that minus one (for example, 1 pair and 3 sequences, and last 2 tiles are another pair waiting for the 3rd tile to become a triplet, or like 45 bamboo, waiting on a 3 or 6 bamboo to finish the sequence)
