Problem with erotic video unlocks (BUG?)

I need only 2 videos to unlock and I can't for the love of me get them unlocked.

Yuki Natsume and Erika Kitagawa. Anything I do, I don't get the videos.

I ordered ALL the alcohol in the sotenbori maharaja 4 times back to back with both characters, going in and out and ordering again over and over, but nothing.

I have also played Pool 11 times now and I'm still not unlocking Golden Ball to get the video.

I can't remember exactly but I'm wondering if maybe you need to collect their full telephone card sets also?

I collected all cards for on both characters already.

Did you quit pool and then played the next or did you play them in one go?
You need to play 3 pool games, but leave the bar after each game.

I played another round, went outside and back in and I got Golden Ball.

Turns out I already had Yuki unlocked, but the game doesn't alert you when you unlocked a video clip, so I was waiting for the alert -_-

The "chatting" the bartender does to you in the Sotenbori Maharaja is "Please come again!"
