Telephone cards album missing?

I was going around collecting the telephone cards and I got beat by Mr Shakedown twice and now my telephone card album is no longer in my valuables anymore? I went and beat him after and I got my money back but my album is gone.

I can't find anything about this online, is this a glitch or something? I can still pick up cards but I've got no way to check which ones I've got

Have you reloaded previous saves? I always save before I face them or I run the other way as the don't move real fast and you can see them from miles away

No I haven't but it randomly came back after picking up another card, no idea what was going on but whatever just hope it doesn't happen again
