Does cheering in catfights actually do anything?

For reference I set up an auto clicker, it clicks so fast the sound bugs, and even then I lose draws every now and then, why even have this as a mechanic?
If I get a rainbow boost the autoclicker works wonders as it just 1 shots the opponent so in that regard I can say it works, but for draws? Why even pretend its doing anything?

No. there's nothing in the JCC that actually do anything. everything is RNG. from the hand your opponent pick, the color during button mashing even the button mashing itself is rigged

the best you can do is pick the girl with best stats and praying to RNG gods that your opponent doesn't get rainbow

iirc during draws its based on your perfomance, so if you dont cheer for a second or two and then instantly start cheering you should be able to win, but idk, JCC is just RNG heaven
