Yakuza 0 and issues with OBS Livestreaming

So, something funny happens: I'm trying to livestream Yakuza 0 and it suddenly turns into a slideshow on my OBS.

Game runs PERFECT on my end, any advice?

I swear to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ christ, how have only 2 other people had this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue? I'M GONNA ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CASTRATE SOMEONE AT THIS RATE.

PEOPLE EITHER HAVE 0 ISSUES OR IT'S MY EXACT ISSUE.

run snappy driver installer (the webs only free non extortion based criver updater that identifies pcie and kernal type updates and fixes wierd stiff for me like that) ~ use the light version, check for only things "this pc needs" and make a backup, also skip the realtek updates as the server they fetch from takes literal days even on ethernet. and if all fails, start inspecting the performance viewer in task manager to see any nvidia hangups and always run Memtest once every year to make sure there are'nt any ram leaks. GL

It's bizarre, but when I swapped to Streamlabs: the diagnosis was lagged frames. I don't know why, said somethin' bout VSync and capping framerate.

IKR, that means even recording will be laggy.

I think it was a hardware encoding issue, but didn't check.

Enable V-Sync, any streamer worth their salt knows it needs to limit the FPS.

You cannot expect the game to use 100% of the GPU to run at highest FPS possible (for no sane reason), while trying to stream at the same time.

This is pretty much a user problem, there is no problem with either OBS nor the Game.

hmm, that's odd. vsync was problematic on other systems.

I guarantee you there is no problem with V-Sync, you can check Yakuza 0 on Twitch right now and ask any Streamer there.

I only streamed this game last year, but there haven't exactly been any patches since.

I cannot help you guys further, always limit FPS so you don't overload the GPU, especially when you trying to Stream at same time, OBS needs headroom.
