Final "special training" with Hibiki locked.

I received a challenge from club Venus, but I decide to train Hibiki first. All went well, but final stage of training locked (no training available now). +I can't talk with Hibiki inside the Sunshine (I can talk with Ai and Saki;Yuki missing).
In previous, I sticked to the same plan-finish training Platinums, make over them and challenge the club. I finished Yuki sub story before challenge club Mars, Ai's before Jupiter and Saki's before Mercury, but cannot finish Hibiki's before Venus.

Hmmm...I don't know why, but final Hibiki's training can be completed only after beating club Venus. Very strange. :(

Club Moon zone-5 guys came one after another and request Ai. Are they kidding me!? How I suppose to deal with this?

That's unfortunate luck, but for finishing hibiki you should check if she is absent or not. She's more likely to be absent and any hostess whoes absent can't have their special training done. All you need to do is open the club and anyone absent should be back.

I know that I can't train absent hostesses, but Hibiki was available. Final training unlocked only after defeating club Venus.

I just train Chika to final before challenge club Moon. Only Hibiki is bugged.

I know I'm Necro-ing, but this post is high on the google search, so I'm leaving it to hopefully help future answer-lookers.

I figured this out. Yuki is needed for Hibiki's substory, and Yuki can't show up while she's kidnapped. And since the hostess substories trigger immediately after their final training, Hibiki's final training is locked until you get Yuki back.
