Cabaret Club Rival Battles Chapter lock (?)
So, I'm still in chapter 7 and just about done with the thing, but I cannot for the life of me get Tsukiyama to invite me to a rival battle. All guides and wikis state that his rival battle becomes available after you gain 10k+ fans in Moon area, however, I'm already over 15k fans and no dice.
Is it possible that this battle is Chapter locked like Real Estate Royale?
I'm playing on PS4 currently.
