Is there any way of obtaining it? He got those stupid socks instead of QCC in the shrine. I get that they wanted to make Kiryu and Majima as distinct as possible from each other, but QCC is too good of an item to restrict its use like that. QCC is like Y0 combat 2.0, and I wish Majima had access to it.

nope. item you get from shrine is exclusive to respective character. the only way to get it for Majima is using cheat engine

Can you really do that with cheat engine? I thought it only helps to get through the levels or make an absurd amount of money for you.

you don't need cheat engine to have insane amount of money. farming Mr. shakedown for 1 hours using Kiryu will do the job.

yes you can make any item you want appear with cheat engine. there's cheat table for that. i used it once long time ago to make war god talisman for Kiryu

Why the hell would you farm on Majima. Get the upgrade on Kiryu that gives you 1.5x the amount that Mr. Shakedown is carrying, than lose to him, than beat him, than repeat. You'll get max money in about an hour if you go in with a couple billion from the start.
