Dying in 1 hit durring Rush style training.
Why? I'm not getting knocked down, I'm failing if the enemy connects a single blow, at all. I'm at full HP.

Pretty sure you're not supposed to get hit at all? If you're training with the guy who talks nonstop about not getting hit and if they land a single hit you lose I'd assume you shouldn't get hit.

The rule is not to get knocked down. it leaves some breathing room to sneak in a weaving quickstep if you catch a blow by suprise.
Usually.

You mean in the Parking lot?
You are't supposed to get hit. You have to dodge for 1 minute.

A.K.A. Not dodge at all and just cheese it by non-stop running around them in a circle lol.

don't get hit? you don't have to lock on either can run around some enemies have sneaky attacks but like any foe in yakuza they have an attack pattern easily learned

There’s a couple of them where all you have to do is block for a whole minute and you win, no dodging required EZPZ

IIRC not getting hit only applied on first training, you need to dodge all the attacks.
Getting hit was fine though for later training as long you're not getting knocked down.

Weird bug, but I guess I can work around it.
Shame too, rush was already the most annoying training style.

It's in Shenmue you gotta stay on your feet and not to get knocked down. In Yakuza, you must fly like a butterfly.

It's best just not to get hit anyway, since the game cheeses this a bit and some attacks which wouldn't normally have knockdown properties do have them in this.Getting hit and staying on your feet in this challenge is very lucky.

which training? one of them uses a sword against you, which is an instant fail if you get hit by it. Remember though, that you have invulnerability frames on a dodge, and that running without lockon is pretty speedy. Use em both to your advantage.

The million yen course. Trainning number 3, with the heavyset yakuza fella who boxes.

That was actually the easiest one for me to do, other than the first guy. The hardest one was I think the third guy who was ugly and wore a purple suit with boxing skills. Took me 10 tries there...

The point of the training is to not get hit AT ALL, and practice your evasive skills. Running around in circles a lot may work, but they can still whack you if they get close enough, so be careful.
