well they released it on stadia too but since its cloud gaming and not actual pc ports its unlikely we will see it on pc... even thought the ps4 is capable of mods now

It kinda is, if they stream the rumored unreleased PC-port.

Disputes over a possible PC-port could've also killed the Judgement-series. The reasoning, for why there's isn't a PC port and why that might have killed the series, is really weird and shows, just how out of touch some companies are with modern media and to which lengths - especially Japanese companies - will go, to "protect" their IP's and licenses to a point, where it becomes self-destructive.

Not a chance. as long as the actor Takuya Kimura still under Johnny & Associates agency the chance for pc port is basically zero

It's possible. I come from PS4 (🤮 enough of wokeness and censorship, I won't buy a PS5) and now I see so many formerly PS exclusives coming to Steam, even God of War and Uncharted, which I thought Sony would never share with other platforms. Yakuza itself used to be a PS exclusive, now here we are.

this. They still are under the impression that PC players aren't cool (we totally are) so they don't want to hurt their clients rep even though Sega keeps trying to reassure them.

if you don't believe me. Google the agency that represents Takuya and see how his talent agency censors pictures of their actors from press releases and movie posters because they're fiercely protective of their clients image.

Cloud Gaming is just a PC sending you the stream and you giving the inputs lol it's running on an actual PC
The PC port exists, Sega just doesn't want to release it

There will be upcoming yakuza super talk stage event on 29th April, hopefully they announce something related to that port.

it would be nice but unlikely. hopefully they don't out right cancel the series because Sega has considered it since Takuya's agency blocked the PC port. That's just my guess.

What do they have against PC anyway? Through 10 years I played PS3, Xbox One and PS4 only to come back recently now on Steam and notice clearly that PC has far less limits and PC players are more mature and helpful to each other. Adult games are plenty here, I have some hentai but I don't use nude mods on non-porn games although I have no issues with those who use (as long as people don't post graphic violence or explicit sex/nudity publicly it's all good). PS or Xbox players think PC players are hackers and all mods are about nude characters, we know how wrong they are and I expected the developers of Judgment to know it too. I played Judgment 1 on PS4 and I can buy Judgment 2 any time, but I really see no reason for them to refuse to port, they have nothing to lose, only a good number of buyers.

Sega has tried to reason with his agency but that agency is notorious for censoring their clients from promotional material under threat of lawsuit. Takuya's agency is the only thing holding up the port and Sega has flirted with canceling the Judgement series because of it. I invite you to google it and see how protective they are to get a better understanding of their business practices.

this was the last real news of any Judgment port but given that it's almost been a year with no word there could be hope and hopefully we get a better understanding on the 29th.

They can't release it or they'll get sued.

Thank you for telling me the details. So basically the agency is calling us PC players porn modders. People made lewd mods for Norman Reedus in Death Stranding and I don't see his image and career damaged at all. Because the few people who have heard about them know that they're not to be taken seriously. Unfortunately Takuya's agency is taking this or other kinds of trollings too seriously. Ugh...

if you google some of their censorship of their clients, they go to crazy lengths to censor adverts. Here is a press release of the cast of the first Judgement game. see if you notice anything funny about these pics. "Johnny & Associates" are very litigious.

They really sound like the Japanese version of Activision, now that I checked their history.
